DESCRIPTION:See old friends punim el punim (face to face)\, make new friends\, and enjoy a traditional backyard BBQ with all the fixins. Beer and soft drinks will be served\, all to the accompaniment of musical entertainment by Theophonic Haze\, aka The Official Purim Band. Bring your guitar\, mandolin\, banjo\, or zither if you want to sit in with the band! Bring a chair and pray for sun. \nThis event is taking place offsite and the address will be provided upon registration. In case of rain\, we will move indoors at TBS.

DESCRIPTION:At a time of deep division\, we need reasons to come together and to be strengthened by that which unites us. Join us for the Needham America@250 Discussion Series – a community-wide invitation to reflect upon the aspirational values at the heart of our nation. Each session will include guided\, engaging conversations around some of America’s most powerful and inspiring texts. \nIMPORTANT: All sessions will be held from 7:00- 8:30 PM. The first four sessions will be held in person at the Center at the Heights (300 Hillside Avenue in Needham). The final session on Tuesday\, June 30th\, featuring our Ritual of Civic Renewal and Celebration\, will be held at Needham Town Hall (1471 Highland Avenue in Needham).\nClass dates and topics (choose one\, some\, or all).
