SUMMARY:Volunteer Shift at Cradles to Crayons
DESCRIPTION:Bring your kids (ages 5+) and join Mitzvah Makers and TBS Social Action for an afternoon of volunteering at the Cradles to Crayons (C2C) Giving Factory in Newton! We will quality check\, sort\, package\, and prepare new and gently used donations to go to kids in the Greater Boston community through C2C’s incredible network of Service Partners. Please note that this program takes place off-site at Cradles to Crayons\, which is about a 20 minute drive from TBS. While younger siblings are typically welcome at Mitzvah Makers events\, C2C requires volunteers to be at least 5 years old. \nWhether you are able to participate in the C2C shift or not\, please consider donating to our C2C clothing drive! Volunteers may bring their bag(s) of gently used children’s clothing to the shift on November 8. Those who are not volunteering may drop their bags on the front porch of 109 Arch Street\, Needham beginning on November 1st. Donation details may be found HERE and/or feel free to use C2C’s Amazon Wishlist HERE.
