Needham Yom HaShoah Program and Discussion with Widen the Circle

While stories of bigotry and hate tend to get the headlines, thousands of people are quietly working to create love and understanding in their own communities. Widen the Circle works with people in Germany and the United States who are uncovering local history related to trauma and injustice and working to combat antisemitism, racism, and xenophobia, and to create a more just world today. Joel Obermayer of Widen the Circle will share inspiring stories of people creating understanding and reconciliation where none seemed possible.
