TBS Loves Challah: Bake for Israel!

Thursday, November 9, 7:00-9:00 pm, $36 per person. Register here for the Big Challah Bake. Come together to knead, braid, bake, and build community connections. Baking challah is a comforting and delightful sensory experience that connects us with Jewish tradition and each other. TBS is hosting a series of Community Challah Bakes this year, including two types: Pop-Up Mini Bakes accommodate up to 12 participants and take place about once a month on either Friday morning or Thursday evening. Pop-Up Mini-Bakes are announced on social media a few days prior and are free for community members.

Big Bakes accommodate up to 75 participants and take place a few times per year on Thursday evenings or Sunday mornings. Big Bakes are advertised in advance and require pre-registration and a fee to participate. Proceeds support social action causes. The first one is November 9, led by challah expert Sarah Damelin. $36 per person, additional donations welcome.
