TBS members have been volunteering with College Behind Bars (CBB) since 2020. The CBB program, facilitated by Partakers.org, assigns volunteer mentors to incarcerated individuals who are pursuing college degrees while serving their prison sentences. The consortium of colleges includes Boston College, Brandeis, Emerson, and Tufts. Come to Shabbat services and listen to our stories about working on a team with other TBS members and our unique involvement in this educational endeavor.
