Diaspora in Exile
We Jews, in the Diaspora, have reshaped and enriched Judaism and Jewish history. Today much of the creativity in modern Judaism comes from America–women in the rabbinate, the embrace of LGBTQ, the fight for social justice. So too we face challenges like the rise of antisemitism and debates over Israel. What are the stories the media should be telling? What should be the proper role of colleges and universities?
