Beth Shalom Garden Club

The Beth Shalom Garden Club actively supports the Temple and the Needham Community by creating magnificent flowers for our Sanctuary and events. 

The Garden Club was formed by a group of Temple members with a shared interest in flowers and gardening. The Beth Shalom Garden Club is open to all and we welcome you to join us!

JOIN THE GARDEN CLUB

What We Do

  • From September through June, host speakers, programs, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations on floral design and gardening.

  • Design arrangements for Shabbat and holidays through our Sanctuary Flower Program.

  • Design and plant the Needham Vietnam Memorial

  • Assist residents of Wingate Living with flower arranging as part of our Community Outreach Program.

  • Founded and continue to present Needham’s Art in Bloom – a weekend event featuring artwork from Needham High School students interpreted by the members of the Beth Shalom Garden Club and the Needham and Kalmia Garden Clubs.

The Beth Shalom Garden Club is a member of the National Garden Club, Inc. and the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts, Inc. Visit their sites for more information.
