Join us April 9-13, 2026, for our 11th and 12th grade trip to Charleston, SC! The focus of this trip will be Tikkun Olam – the Jewish value of making the world a better place. Our group will volunteer on a construction crew for Habitat for Humanity, helping to build houses and working to break the cycle of poverty, helping more people achieve homeownership and a better future. We will also explore the city and learn about what makes Charleston such a special and unique place in the south, as well as for the Jewish community.

Join us March 27-29, 2026, for our 8th and 9th grade trip to Newport, RI! The focus of this trip will be Tikun Olam, repairing the world, which we will do by learning about ocean conservation and participate in helping with a seashore cleanup.
We will depart from TBS at 4:00 pm on Friday and return in the evening on Sunday.
Highlights will include:
– Visiting the Touro Synagogue (Oldest Synagogue in the United States, built in 1763)
– Participating in Seashore Cleanup
– Touring a Newport Mansion
– Exploring Newport by Boat and more!

Etzim Mitzvah Corp: Birthday Boxes for Birthday Wishes

February 8 | 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm

Join us Sunday, February 8 to make 10 Birthday Boxes for Birthday Wishes. The Birthday-in-a-Box program was created in 2005 to serve homeless children living in domestic violence shelters, scattered sites, motels, and other locations which could not host an in-person birthday party. The BIAB Program allows Birthday Wishes to reach homeless children in almost any living situation.

Hey BESTYs! Get ready for an awesome afternoon at Boda Borg on Sunday, February 8, from 3:00-5:00 pm. We’ll work together tackle interactive challenges that test our teamwork and puzzle-solving skills! The cost is $35 per participant. Join Mosaic: Interfaith Youth Action on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 2–5 PM for an afternoon of conversations, learning, and service dedicated to addressing the impact of gun violence. Participants of all ages are invited to engage in meaningful, community-driven action.

Etzim’s Winter Shabbaton is coming up January 9-11, 2026. We will be traveling to Eisner Camp in Great Barrington, MA, for a weekend of learning, playing, and community building. On Saturday, we will be going tubing at a local mountain!
