Pre-Shabbat Yoga

Join experienced yoga teacher Stephanie Javaheri for a weekly mindful yoga ‘work in’ to cultivate awareness physically and mentally. Feel better in your body and your mind. Slow physical movement, breathwork and meditation blend together in this 1-hour class.

Torah Study

No previous experience with Torah study is required…just an open mind and a desire to learn more!

Please join us as Rabbi Jan Katzew teaches our Shabbat morning Torah Study!  Rabbi Katzew will explore themes, messages, and meanings from the weekly Torah portion, VaYigash (Genesis 44:18 – 47:27).  Rabbi Katzew is an inspirational teacher and scholar.  This Shabbat promises to offer a most special learning experience!
